The complete experience from the phone call to scheduling an appointment to completion of the service was a delightful experience. Not what one would expect from having one's carpets cleaned! Having a cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, competent, and patient person in our home, let alone one who was performing a service, on a Sunday at that (!) was a real treat. We learned much from Robi and he did an excellent job getting our carpets looking new again. We have 3 cats and a large dog and the carpet showed it! Robi used a special enzyme to make sure that the pet odors were eliminated - and he asked first if we wanted this rather than not doing it at all or using the product w/o asking first. We will definitely use Alpine again and request Robi. We also hope to try your home cleaning services as well at some time.

I could tell Aron put extra effort into cleaning our sofa and loveseat. A few of the oil based stains did not come out completely but he alerted us to that fact and tried his DARNDEST to remove them which were on all the loose pillows. Very polite and professional. Didn't track in any dirt from outside; was conscientious of not rubbing the water hose along our walls and scuffing them. I'll be requesting him specifically I think for future cleaning ; Homeowner in Mill Creek oh and another thing, I called for service on Friday and had my sofas cleaned the VERY NEXT DAY on a Saturday!! Impressive.

I would like to extend a personal thank you to Mr. Lamont for his superior service. Not only was he timely, but he was absolutely knowledgeable and professional, quick but thorough, and very friendly. He took the time to adhere to all our requests, and had a positive, caring outlook to his demeanor while performing the work. I cannot say enough that he is an employee that should be retained and/or promoted for his dedication to his work and the company for which he is employed, I will request him personally next time I need a carpet service.

I am delighted with the service and results! Aron was on time, fast, and even friendly to our old dog. I was kicking myself for waiting so long to do this and thought the carpet stains from BEFORE we bought the house might not budge (four years ago), but they did. It really looks amazing. The fact that it is non-toxic is a huge bonus. I will definitely use Alpine again.

Hi, Eric, just wanted to let you know how very impressed with your cleaners I am. They haven't even been here more than an hour, and the amount they've already got done is incredible--and they are so very friendly and nice! I told them not to worry about a deep clean, that it was mostly vacuuming and dusting that was important, and anything else was gravy--and they totally went ahead and did some deep cleaning, too, because "our place was so small, it was no trouble." They even dusted the blinds, which some companies won't do. I've tried a few other "green" cleaners in town, and I've always been underwhelmed with the results. I can assure you, that although I probably can't be a total "regular," I do like to have cleaners in every so often, and I will DEFINITELY be calling Alpine from now on. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
